Home - How can we work with you? - Service Providers

The region covering Wollongong, Kiama, Shellharbour and Shoalhaven is home to some of the country’s finest health and community service providers, with well-developed strategies and resources to meet the needs of our people.

As we know, mental illness impacts the person in every part of their life, including in their relationships with others.

For this reason, ISPIR is gathering together providers of a diverse range of services, necessary to the recovery journey for a person living with mental illness.

We will coordinate between services and supports at a regional level, working with appropriately skilled PIR Support Facilitators who work within 5 different partner organisations. You are integral to the realisation of ISPIR’s key goals:

  • facilitating better coordination of clinical and other supports
  • strengthening partnerships
  • improving referral pathways and
  • promoting a community based recovery model.

To find out more about how you can participate in these partnerships please contact ISPIR on 1800 228 987 or at ispir@gph.org.au

ISPIR will be transitioning to the NDIS on July 1, 2017. The PIR Transition Support Website contains further information at: www.transitionsupport.com.au
