This FREE two week workshop will be facilitated by Grand Pacific Health, Occupational Therapy Student, Elise Willetts to help PIR participants who are seeking to address unmet needs around psychological distress and emotional regulation.
It will explore ways to manage and control emotions through mindfulness and sensory modulation techniques.
