Exercise and Socialise!

• Would you like to be more active?
• Do you enjoy having fun?

Join our FREE 3 week group where we’ll use fun activities and light exercise to reduce social anxiety and build social skills and confidence in talking to people.

Start date: Friday 29th September
Time: 10:00am-12:00pm (this will incorporate several breaks)
Frequency: Every Friday for 3 weeks (29/09, 06/10 & 13/10)
Venue: Café Essay Wollongong (11-13 Burelli St Wollongong)
Group size: Up to 10 participants

** Coffee/tea & morning tea provided **
