MINDFUL MEDITATION AND PAIN MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

Meditation has been used for centuries and today is widely used in clinical applications for physical and psychological conditions. The Shoalhaven Women's Health Centre is holding a Mindful Meditation and Pain Management workshop which runs for six weeks starting on Wednesday 21 January between 1:00pm and 2:30pm.
