Navigating Teen Depression and Substance Use

Navigating teen depression and substance use is an information session for parents & community members. It is presented by the Black Dog Institute and ISLHD Drug and Alcohol Service. The presentation will explore the pressures faced by teenagers; signs and symptoms of depression and bipolar disorder; when and where to get help; duel impact of Mental Health/ Drugs and Alcohol; youth brain development and practical strategies for offering support.

The information session will run in both the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions on 28 October from 1pm – 3pm at:
