Depression is a common mental health problem and is significantly different from mere unhappiness or sadness.
SAHSSI is running an 11 week course, starting Friday 25 September, using cognitive behavioural therapy that teaches skills to overcome depression.
This includes: conquer depression and anxiety, challenge negative thinking, gain control over emotions and stay calm and positive. The group’s emphasis is on action, not analysis.
