The Salvation Army's First Floor Program is pleased to host Safe from the Start training on Wednesday 22 April, 9.15am - 4.00pm. Cost is $175 per person, which includes all materials, morning and afternoon tea and lunch.

The training will be held at The Salvation Army, level 3, 11-13 Burelli Street, Wollongong.

The Safe from the Start project was initiated by The Salvation Army, in partnership with UTAS, Swinburne University and women's domestic violence services. The project aim was to identify what impact witnessing domestic violence had on young children, how services could better support children who had been exposed to domestic or family violence and how the community could become more aware of the possible impact on children.
